Flag Football

Flag Football ist eine beliebte Variante des American Football mit den gleichen Grundregeln. Im Gegensatz zum normalen American Football wurde das körperlich harte Spiel auf ein Minimum reduziert. Durch das kleinere Feld und nur fünf Feldspieler*innen pro Mannschaft ist es aber deutlich schneller als sein großer Bruder. Touchdown, Extrapunkt, Safety sowie schnelle Läufe und attraktives Passspiel gehören dazu. Seit 2012 nimmt das Team an der NRW-Liga teil und bietet daher neben der Möglichkeit, Flag Football kennenzulernen, auch ein leistungsorientiertes Training an. Parallel ist das Team auch seit 2016 Teil der deutschen Liga (Dffl). Geeignet für Männer und Frauen.

Ihr befindet euch im Schnupperprogramm. Für alle Kurse in diesem Programm vom 13. – 17. Oktober könnt ihr euch kostenlos anmelden. Ihr benötigt weder eine Sport- noch eine Schnupperkarte. Wenn euch ein Kurs gefällt und ihr einen Kursplatz fürs Wintersemester ab dem 20. Oktober buchen wollt, wechselt bitte ins Wintersemester. Die Anmeldung für die Kurse dort wird am 20. Oktober um 10 Uhr freigeschaltet.

Flag football is a popular variant of American football with the same basic rules. In contrast to normal American football, the physically tough game has been reduced to a minimum. However, due to the smaller field and only five field players per team, it is significantly faster than its big brother. Touchdown, extra point, safety, fast runs and an attractive passing game are all part of the game. The team has been taking part in the NRW League since 2012 and therefore offers performance-oriented training in addition to the opportunity to get to know flag football. The team has also been part of the German league (Dffl) since 2016. Suitable for men and women.

You are currently in the taster programme. You can register for all courses in this programme from 13 to 17 October free of charge. You do not need a sports card or a taster card. If you like a course and would like to book a place for the winter semester starting on 20 October, please switch to the winter semester. Registration for the courses there will open on 20 October at 10 a.m.
