Flag football is a popular variant of American football with the same basic rules. In contrast to normal American football, the physically tough game has been reduced to a minimum. However, due to the smaller field and only 5 field players per team, it is much faster than its big brother. Touchdown, extra point, safety as well as fast runs and attractive passing game are part of it. Since 2012, the team has participated in the NRW League and therefore offers performance-oriented training in addition to the opportunity to get to know flag football. In parallel, the team has also been part of the German league (Dffl) since 2016. Suitable for men and women.
