Pole dancing is a mixture of strength, dance and acrobatics. In this course you will learn your first easy choreographies, spins and tricks on the pole. The courses include the basics of pole dancing and are therefore primarily aimed at beginners with no previous pole dancing experience. All you need for training is a towel and shorts without buttons or studs. Please do not apply cream on the day of the class.

You will find the VI-Dance dance studio within walking distance of Dortmund Central Station in the city centre. All courses at VI-Dance have a duration of seven course dates (Exception: due to the public holiday on 3 April, the course on Friday only has six sessions.). All courses at VI-Dance are mixed courses.
If all dates are fully booked, you are welcome to put your name on the waiting list and VI-Dance will then offer you a place in an existing course. This can be either a choreography or technique course.

Prerequisite: sports card

Course costs: 85 Euro for students/employees, 95 Euro for external participants
