Der Einstieg in den Kult-Ballsport für kleine Teams.
A-Kurs: In diesem Kurs werden keine Vorkenntnisse benötigt. Hier steht das Erlernen der Grundtechniken Pritschen, Baggern, Aufschlag und Annahme im Vordergrund. Das eigentliche Spielen kommt aber trotz allem nicht zu kurz.
FA-Kurs: In diesem Kurs werden die Grundfähigkeiten weiter vertieft und wir beschäftigen uns vor allem mit dem Spielaufbau.
F-Kurs: Die Teilnehmer in diesem Kurs sollten als Voraussetzung bereits sicher Pritschen und Baggern können. Ziel dieses Kurses ist die Vermittlung erster spezifischer Techniken des Beachvolleyballs und das Spiel 2 gegen 2.
Profis: In diesem Kurs wird eine saubere Beachvolleyball-Grundtechnik vorausgesetzt. Weiterhin sollten die Teilnehmer/innen bereits Erfahrungen im Spiel 2 gegen 2 gesammelt haben. In diesem Kurs werden die Spieltaktik sowie die Angriffs- und Blocktaktik erarbeitet und in spielnahen Übungen umgesetzt. Zum Abschluss jeder Stunde kann das Gelernte im Spiel erprobt werden.
Freies Spiel: Beim freien Spiel steht der Spaß am Volleyball im Vordergrund. Gespielt wird in 2er Teams, von daher sollte eine gewisse Vorerfahrung im Volleyball vorhanden sein.

The introduction to the cult ball sport for small teams.
A course: No previous knowledge is required for this course. The focus here is on learning the basic techniques of serving, digging, serving and receiving. However, the actual game is not neglected.
FA course: In this course, the basic skills are further deepened and we mainly deal with the structure of the game.
F course: Participants in this course should already be able to hit and dig as a prerequisite. The aim of this course is to teach the first specific techniques of beach volleyball and the game 2 against 2.
Professionals: This course requires a good basic beach volleyball technique. Furthermore, participants should already have experience of playing 2 vs. 2. In this course, the game tactics as well as the attack and block tactics are developed and implemented in game-related exercises. At the end of each lesson, what has been learned can be tested in a game.
Free play: In free play, the focus is on having fun with volleyball. The game is played in teams of two, so you should have some previous volleyball experience.
