HINWEIS: Das Wintersemester beginnt mit unserer großen Schnupperwoche vom 12. - 18. Oktober. In dieser Woche können Kurse kostenfrei, ohne Sportkarte und ohne Anmeldung besucht werden. Schnuppert rein, probiert viele Kurse aus und schaut, welche Kurse euch gut gefallen. Die Anmeldung für die Kursplätze wird dann nach der Schnupperwoche am 19. Oktober um 10 Uhr freigeschaltet. Für die Anmeldung benötigt ihr dann die Sportkarte.
Kurse
Zu den Kursen bitte zwei T-Shirts in verschiedenen Farben mitbringen, im Optimalfall weiß u. eine weitere, dunkle Farbe. Uhren, Ringe, Ketten und Schmuck stellen eine potenzielle Gefahrenquelle dar und sind vor Kursbeginn abzulegen. Je nach Veranstaltungsort sind unterschiedliche Schuhregelungen zu beachten: Indoor (Halle): Teilnahme nur mit Hallenschuhen. / Outdoor: Teilnahme nur mit Multinocken- oder Kunststoffstollenschuhen, zumindest aber Schuhe mit grobem Profil. Schuhe mit Metallstollen sind sowohl in den Soccer Boxen als auch auf dem Kunstrasenplatz strengstens verboten!
Regeln:
- Pünktliches Erscheinen!
- Fairplay allen Mitspieler*innen gegenüber
- Ehrgeiz ist ok, aber keine übertriebene Härte
- Individuelles Aufwärmen/ Helfen beim Auf- und Abstellen der Tore u. Hütchen
- In die Büsche geschossene Bälle werden sofort zurückgeholt!
- Trikots und T-Shirts nur in EINER dominanten Farbe! (weiß, schwarz, blau, rot, gelb oder grün)
- Adäquate Fußballschuhe (klassische Nockensohle oder Multinockensohle aus Gummi / keine Schraubstollen)
- Platz auf der Liste hat Vorrang, verliert aber während und nach der Mannschaftswahl seine Gültigkeit (spätere Berücksichtigung bei freien Kapazitäten evtl. möglich)
- Fehlverhalten wird registriert und kann zum Ausschluss führen!

Achtung! Kursbuchungen für die aktuelle Woche erst nach Beginn des vorherigen Termins möglich!
Bsp.: am Kurs Mo 18:30 - 20:30 Uhr - Nach 18:30 Uhr ist die Anmeldung für die nächste Woche freigeschaltet.
Der Montags-Kurs findet auf Grund des Turniers (siehe oben) am 12. Oktober in der Schnupperwoche nicht statt!
NOTE: The winter semester begins with our big trial week from October 12–18. During this week, you can attend classes for free, without a sports card and without registering. Come check it out, try out lots of classes, and see which ones you like best. Registration for course spots will open after the trial week on October 19 at 10 a.m. You’ll need a sports card to register.
Courses
Please bring two T-shirts in different colors to the courses, ideally white and another dark color. Watches, rings, chains and jewelry are a potential source of danger and must be removed before the course begins. Depending on the venue, different shoe regulations must be observed: Indoor (hall): Participation only with indoor shoes / Outdoor: Participation only with multi-soled or plastic studded shoes, or at least shoes with a coarse tread. Shoes with metal studs are strictly forbidden both in the soccer boxes and on the artificial turf pitch!
Rules:
- Arrive on time!
- Fair play towards all other players
- Ambition is ok, but no excessive toughness
- Individual warm-up/help with setting up and putting down the goals and cones
- Balls kicked into the bushes are retrieved immediately!
- Jerseys and T-shirts only in ONE dominant color! (white, black, blue, red, yellow or green)
- Adequate soccer shoes (classic cam sole or multi-cam sole made of rubber / no screw studs)
- Places on the list have priority, but lose their validity during and after the team selection (later consideration may be possible if there is free capacity)
- Misconduct will be registered and can lead to exclusion!

Attention! Course bookings for the current week are only possible after the start of the previous date!
Example: on the course Mon 6:30 p.m. - 08:30 p.m. - After 6:30 p.m. the registration for the next week is activated.
Due to the tournament (see above), the Monday class on October 12 during the trial week will not take place!
