HINWEIS: Das Wintersemester beginnt mit unserer großen Schnupperwoche vom 12. - 18. Oktober. In dieser Woche können Kurse kostenfrei, ohne Sportkarte und ohne Anmeldung besucht werden. Schnuppert rein, probiert viele Kurse aus und schaut, welche Kurse euch gut gefallen. Die Anmeldung für die Kursplätze wird dann nach der Schnupperwoche am 19. Oktober um 10 Uhr freigeschaltet. Für die Anmeldung benötigt ihr dann die Sportkarte.

Roundnet bzw. Spikeball ist ein Trendsport aus den USA. Egal ob auf Rasen, im Sand oder in der Halle - Spikeball kann man überall spielen. Für das Spiel wird nur ein kleiner Gummiball und ein Spikeball-Netz benötigt. Das Netz hat einen Durchmesser von ca. einem Meter und erinnert an ein Trampolin. Im Spiel 2 vs. 2 versuchen die Spieler*innen den Ball so auf das Netz zu schlagen, dass er für das andere Team unerreichbar ist. Kondition, Koordination, Ballgefühl und ganz viel Spaß - das Alles vereint Spikeball. Kommt vorbei und checkt den Sport gemeinsam mit uns aus.

Beim freien Spiel sind alle, egal ob Anfänger*in oder fortgeschritten, sehr willkommen!

Voraussetzung: Sportkarte

Kurskosten: 0 Euro

Achtung! Kursbuchungen für die aktuelle Woche erst nach Beginn des vorherigen Termins möglich!

Bsp.: Kurs Di 18:00 - 21:00 Uhr - Nach 18:00 Uhr ist die Anmeldung für die nächste Woche freigeschaltet.

NOTE: The winter semester begins with our big trial week from October 12–18. During this week, you can attend classes for free, without a sports card and without registering. Come check it out, try out lots of classes, and see which ones you like best. Registration for course spots will open after the trial week on October 19 at 10 a.m. You’ll need a Sports Card to register.

Roundnet, also known as Spikeball, is a trendy sport from the U.S. Whether on grass, sand, or indoors—Spikeball can be played anywhere. All you need to play is a small rubber ball and a Spikeball net. The net has a diameter of about one meter and resembles a trampoline. In a 2-on-2 game, players try to hit the ball onto the net in such a way that it is out of reach for the other team. Stamina, coordination, ball control, and lots of fun—Spikeball combines it all. Come by and check out the sport with us.

Everyone is welcome to join the open play sessions, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player!

Attention! Course bookings for the current week are only possible after the previous session has begun!

Example: Course Tue 6:00–9:00 p.m. – Registration for the following week opens after 6:00 p.m.
