Padel ist eine der neusten Trendsportarten. Die Mischung aus Squash und Tennis kann sowohl indoor als auch outdoor gespielt werden. Über unseren neuen Kooperationspartner PadelCity Dortmund bieten wir im Sommersemester verschiedene Kursangebote an.
A-Kurs: Hier lernt ihr die Grundlagen vom Padel kennen. Techniktraining, Vorhand, Rückhand, Volley, Aufschlag und spezielle Schläge wie Bandeja/Vibora und Chiquita stehen auf dem Unterrichtsplan. Außerdem lernt ihr den Umgang mit den Glaswänden und wie man sie in das Spiel integriert. Nebenher erfahrt ihr auch die Regeln beim Padel. Ein Kurs geht über sieben Termine und kostet 85€ für Studierende und Bedienstete.
F-Kurs: Die Grundlagen beim Padel sollten schon vorhanden sein, sodass ihr in diesem Kurs neben Techniktraining verschiedene Spielformen und Taktiken kennenlernt. Und natürlich werden auch kurze Punktspiele durchgeführt. Ein Kurs geht über sieben Termine und kostet 85€ für Studierende und Bedienstete.
Neben den Kursen bietet PadelCity auch vergünstigte Konditionen für die Platzbuchung für alle unsere Sportkarteninhaber*innen an. Bis 16 Uhr könnt ihr den Indoorplatz für 20€ und den Outdoorplatz für 16€ pro Stunde buchen. Nach 16 Uhr kosten die Plätze 28€ bzw. 24€. Die Plätze bucht ihr direkt über PadelCity.

A-course: Here you will learn the basics of padel. Technique training, forehand, backhand, volley, serve and special strokes such as bandeja/vibora and chiquita are on the lesson plan. You will also learn how to use the glass walls and how to integrate them into the game. You will also learn the rules of padel. A course lasts seven sessions and costs €85 for students and staff.
F-course: You should already have the basics of padel, so in this course you will learn various forms of play and tactics in addition to technical training. And of course there will also be short point games. A course lasts seven sessions and costs €85 for students and staff.
In addition to the courses, PadelCity also offers discounted conditions for court bookings for all our sports card holders. Until 4 pm you can book the indoor court for 20€ and the outdoor court for 16€ per hour. After 4 pm, the courts cost €28 and €24 respectively. You can book the courts directly via PadelCity.
