Rock 'n' roll is probably the most athletic form of dance. In addition to a feeling for music and time, the willingness to work on oneself and one's physical condition is an important prerequisite. Basic step, change of place, foot techniques and acrobatic figures should be brought into harmony. The combination of single figures to individual dance sequences enables everyone to participate in the Rock 'n' Roll experience.

Please wear sportswear during the course.
