Beim freien Spieltreff sind alle willkommen, die Boule spielen wollen. Es ist keine Sportkarte nötig. Kommt einfach vorbei und spielt mit Freunden oder anderen Interessierten.
Boule-Sets können vor dem HG1 beim Pförtner gegen Vorlage eines Ausweises ausgeliehen werden. Ein Ausweis dient als Pfand für die Leihe. Die Ausleihe von Boule-Sets ist kostenfrei.

Spieler*innen und Spielregeln

Tête-à-tête: Zwei Einzelspieler*innen mit jeweils drei Kugeln.
Doublette: Zwei Teams mit jeweils zwei Spieler*innen. Jede Person hat drei Kugeln
Triplette: Zwei Mannschaften mit jeweils drei Spieler*innen. Jede Person hat zwei Kugeln

Spielablauf

Zuerst wird ausgelost, wer beginnt.
Auf dem Boden wird ein Kreis gezogen (30-50 cm Durchmesser), aus dem geworfen wird.
Aus dem Kreis wird die Holzkugel auf eine Entfernung von 6-10m geworfen. Die Kugel muss mindestens einen Meter von der Bande entfernt liegen.
Das Ziel des Spiels ist es, die Metallkugel so nah wie möglich an die Holzkugel heranzubringen. Dann ist die gegnerische Seite an der Reihe.
Welches Team den nächsten Spielzug ausführt, hängt von der Kugel ab, die der Zielkugel am nächsten liegt.
Wenn eine Kugel näher an der Zielkugel liegt, ist das gegnerische Team an der Reihe. Wenn die Kugel weiter entfernt ist, darf das Team weiterspielen, bis die Kugel näher an der Zielkugel liegt oder keine Kugeln mehr zum Werfen übrig sind.
Es ist gestattet, gegnerische Kugeln zu "entfernen" oder "wegzuschießen".
Wenn beide Personen oder Mannschaften keine Kugeln mehr haben, werden die Punkte gezählt. Die Person oder Mannschaft, dienäher an der Zielkugel liegt, gewinnt den Durchgang und erhält einen Punkt. Sie erhält so viele Punkte, wie sie Kugeln näher bei der Zielkugel platziert hat als der/die Gegner/in bzw., die gegnerische Mannschaft. Theoretisch können pro Durchgang, je nach Anzahl der Spieler*innen und Kugeln, bis zu sechs Punkte erzielt werden.
Nach dem Durchgang wird die Holzkugel durch die Person oder Mannschaft geworfen, die den letzten Durchgang gewonnen hat.
Diese Person oder Mannschaft darf die erste Kugel im nächsten Durchgang werfen.
Das Spiel endet, sobald eine Person oder ein Team 13 Punkte erzielt hat.

Everyone who wants to play boules is welcome. No sports card is required. Just come along and play with friends or other interested people.
Boules sets can be borrowed from the porter in front of HG1 on presentation of ID. An ID card serves as a deposit for the loan. The loan of boules sets is free of charge.
There is no instructor on site.

Players and rules of the game

Tête-à-tête: Two individual players with three balls each.

Game procedure

First, a draw is made to decide who starts.
A circle is drawn on the ground (30-50 cm in diameter) from which the ball is thrown.
The wooden ball is thrown from the circle to a distance of 6-10 metres. The ball must be at least one metre away from the railing.
The aim of the game is to get the metal ball as close as possible to the wooden ball. Then it is the opposing team's turn.
Which team makes the next move depends on which ball is closest to the target ball.
If a ball is closer to the target ball, it is the opposing team's turn. If the ball is further away, the team may continue to play until the ball is closer to the target ball or there are no more balls left to throw.
It is permitted to "remove" or "shoot away" opposing balls.
If neither person or team has any balls left, the points are counted. The person or team that is closer to the target ball wins the round and receives a point. They receive as many points as they have placed balls closer to the target ball than their opponent or the opposing team. Theoretically, up to six points can be scored per round, depending on the number of players and balls.
After the round, the wooden ball is thrown by the person or team that won the last round.
This person or team may throw the first ball in the next round.
The game ends as soon as one person or team has scored 13 points.
