In diesem Kurs verbinden wir Bewegung, Kreativität und gemeinsames Spielen. Mit Tanz, Theater und spielerischen Übungen kannst Du abschalten, Stress abbauen und einfach Spaß haben. Wir probieren unter anderem Bollywood, Improtheater, Just Dance, Videoclip Dance und Bewegungsspiele aus – ganz ohne Leistungsdruck.
Der Fokus liegt auf Freude an der Bewegung: Tanzen setzt Endorphine frei, bringt Energie und ist der perfekte Ausgleich zum Uni-Alltag. Egal, ob Du gerne tanzt, Theater ausprobieren möchtest oder einfach Lust hast, Dich spielerisch zu bewegen – hier zählt nicht das Können, sondern das Mitmachen.
Der Kurs ist offen für alle, Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Komm vorbei, beweg Dich, lach viel und entdecke neue Seiten an Dir.
Diese/n Kurs/e könnt ihr in der Schnupperwoche (20. – 24. April) kostenlos mit der Schnupperkarte ausprobieren.

In this course, we combine movement, creativity and playing together. Through dance, theatre and playful exercises, you can switch off, relieve stress and simply have fun. We’ll try our hand at Bollywood, improv theatre, Just Dance, music video dance and movement games – all without any pressure to perform.
The focus is on enjoying movement: Dancing releases endorphins, boosts energy and is the perfect balance to everyday university life. Whether you enjoy dancing, want to try your hand at theatre or simply fancy moving around in a playful way – it’s not about skill here, but about taking part.
The course is open to everyone; no prior experience is required. Come along, get moving, have a good laugh and discover new sides to yourself.
