Rock ‘n’ Roll is arguably the most athletic form of dance. In addition to a sense of rhythm and musicality, a willingness to work on yourself and your fitness is an important prerequisite. Basic steps, changes of direction, footwork, and acrobatic moves must all be coordinated. Combining individual moves into personal dance sequences allows everyone to enjoy the Rock ‘n’ Roll experience.

Please wear athletic clothing during the class.
