Pole dancing is a blend of strength, dance and acrobatics. In this course, you’ll learn your first simple choreographies, spins and tricks on the pole. The courses cover the basics of pole dancing and are therefore aimed primarily at beginners with no prior experience. All you need for the session is a towel and a pair of shorts without buttons or studs. Please do not apply sun cream on the day of the class.

We offer pole dancing classes at the VI-Dance dance studio (city centre).

The VI-Dance dance studio is within walking distance of Dortmund Central Station in the city centre. All classes at VI-Dance run for ten sessions. All classes at VI-Dance are mixed-gender classes.

If all sessions are fully booked, you are welcome to join the waiting list and VI-Dance will then offer you a place in an existing course if possible. This may be either a choreography or a technique course.

Requirement: Sports Card

Course Costs: 85  Euro for students/staff, 95 Euro for external participants
