Die BackCheck®-Software identifiziert und quantifiziert muskuläre Defizite und Dysbalancen. Anhand der Referenzdaten erfolgt eine zuverlässige Beurteilung des muskulären Status der Testperson. Auf dieser Basis erstellt unser Trainerteam deinen Trainingsplan.
Ein Termin ist für eine Person und dauert ca. 30 Minuten. Die Kosten liegen für Mitglieder bei 10 Euro und für Nichtmitglieder bei 25 Euro.
