Schach - das Spiel der Könige! Hoch von der Couch, raus zum Gehirnjogging! Nach der 10. Runde Fortnite mal was für den Kopf tun.

Wir wollen sowohl Anfänger*innen als auch Fortgeschrittenen den Schachsport näher bringen und die Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung bieten. Wir befassen uns in jeder Sitzung mit Schachgeschichte und lernen von den Großmeistern. Im Fokus liegen hier aktuelle Turniere, aber auch ein Blick auf spannende vergangene Wettkämpfe ist möglich. Anschließend gibt es freies Spiel. Außerdem gibt es Aufgaben aus den verschiedensten Bereichen zum Knobeln.

PS.: Eine Schachpartie muss nicht immer sechs Stunden dauern, bei uns wird auch Blitzschach gespielt (1 Min., 5 Min., 15 Min.)! Professoren sind natürlich auch herzlich willkommen ;)

Chess - the game of kings! Off the couch and out for some brain training! After the 10th round of Fortnite, do something for your head.

We want to introduce both beginners and advanced players to the sport of chess and offer them the opportunity to develop their skills. In each session, we look at chess history and learn from the grandmasters. The focus here is on current tournaments, but it is also possible to take a look at exciting past competitions. This is followed by free play. There are also puzzles from various fields to solve.

PS: A game of chess doesn't always have to last six hours, we also play blitz chess (1 min., 5 min., 15 min.)! Professors are of course also very welcome ;)
