Zumba is the unique dance fitness programme for everyone! You don't need any previous experience and you don't have to be able to dance. Instead of dancing with a partner, you dance in a group. Latin American rhythms such as merengue, salsa, reggaeton and many other infectious sounds heat up the participants and offer the body an effective training programme. It's THE dance workout that's fun!

Note on course booking

There are two booking options for this course. On the one hand, you can book the subscription for €25.00. This guarantees you a place on the course for the entire program period (20.04. - 24.07.2026). On the other hand, you can also book individual dates if there are still places available. Booking individual dates costs €3.00 and is always activated one week before the course starts.

You can try out this/these course(s) (single appointment only) for 4,50 Euro per appointment during the taster week (April 20–24) with the taster card.
