Flag football is a popular variant of American football with the same basic rules. In contrast to normal American football, the physically tough game has been reduced to a minimum. However, due to the smaller field and only 5 field players per team, it is significantly faster than its big brother. Touchdown, extra point, safety, fast runs and an attractive passing game are all part of the game. The team has been taking part in the NRW League since 2012 and therefore offers performance-oriented training in addition to the opportunity to get to know flag football. The team has also been part of the German league (Dffl) since 2016. Suitable for men and women.
